What version are you running? That's definitely not vanilla or shattered.
It's version 2.5.4-Vencedor! I compiled it myself 😁
How did you compile it yourself?
Goto Evan's GitHub, then download the source code as zip. Then use an IDE to open the project, and, there you go. You can now change the code, test it and compile it. Read the documentation files on the source code first
