I actually did that yesterday (WFH). Told them I'm taking an hour for lunch (I worked back), put my headphones on with some trippy lofi and a blanket over me and a towel over my eyes and just disappeared for a bit. It did help. Hope you get to burrito yourself soon
Glad the day has improved for you. Sounds like a shitty client might've been part of it. Hope you get to sleep off some of it and that tomorrow will be much better for you!
