I have decided to sell my guillotine. It's really good, but I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it. I might turn some A4 paper into A5 paper first.

No don't do that we need it for the next revolution.
If you are planning beheadings it won't be useful for that, too many safety features. It might be of use in the production of flyers, or if you want to remove someone's fingers very slowly but with great precision.
Just lopping them off would be crude & uncouth. Precision makes torture an art.
