I am a lazy prick, so I'm just now using Power Delete Suite to mass edit my stuff on reddit to promote lemmy.
I've heard a fair number of people say Reddit looks for and rolls back mass delete/edits like these. Not sure how true it is.
It did for me, like once or twice. Just running the script again worked though.
Don’t delete your account, go back and mass change your posts and comments to AI generated gibberish.
It poisons their communities and will make it harder for Reddit from monetizing their content for Learned Language models for AI or for search.
Can’t they see the edits? They must have an archive for it.
They probably do, but how deep is that LLM going to go and how much can Reddit archive?
