Police in Japan have sent papers to prosecutors concerning a woman under suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act for allegedly riding an "electric suitcase" on a sidewalk without a license.
The police say this is the first time someone has been identified for an alleged traffic offense involving such ridable luggage in Japan.

Electric suitcases can move at a maximum of 13 kilometers per hour, and are legally in the same category as small motorcycles.
But they are not allowed on public roads in Japan as they do not meet standards for brakes and blinkers set by the Road Transport Vehicle Act.
The woman is reportedly denying the charges saying during voluntary questioning that she was not aware that the suitcase is a vehicle that requires a driver's license.
I'm not being racist like the other user claimed but that is the only text that works because those kind of trolls won't get involved because they don't like the higher ups seeing them see that
Where have you been? They are the 50 Cent Army (womao dang), a ten million Chinese people who earn "50 cents" by commenting a positive message about Chinese Communist Party while writing shits about the US and Japan. Being able to write in English is a bonus, and writing in Japanese is even more.
That's pretty damn interesting. I saw one poster in the brown hair thread copy / paste the same negative statement about Japan at least ten times. Only to later be all deleted.
Some Japanese internet users had discovered the repellent for these 50 cent armies, by randomly inserting the words "Tienanmen Square Massacre" in the replies, and Chinese will delete their comments or never come back, since they were afraid that the communist supervisors don't want them to get involved with its dark truth (the massacre apparently "didn't happen" in its official history), and might terminate them from the jobs...
Not sure if it works with Arabic numerals "64", but various people trolling these shills report that just posting "六四" for June 4th, the day of the Tienanmen Square Massacre is enough to send them running.
I read the link, I still don't see the relevance to a post about a Japanese woman arrested for driving a suitcase. It's not the kind of topic to attract trolls. We sometimes get some Hexbear shenanigans in political posts but you can't bang that in every thread unless you are going to claim this is Magic Elephant Dust.
It absolutely is racist to both think the phrase "Tiananmen square massacre" is some magic to keep the Chinese away and to bring it up on a post about something that happened in Japan to a Japanese person by the Japanese government.
Not being racist at all, that text is the only way to keep 50 cent Party trolls away and from spreading misinformation
And I'm kind of angry that you'd suggest that because being racist goes against my morals and core beleifs and to group me in with those fucking bigots who would destroy a country and take away others humans rights
