I went there last year for the views and didn't check the weather. Nothing but fog. (I don't want to give the answer too soon though - also maybe I'm wrong...)
It's a microclimate you can definitely get unlucky !
Just try it's not an easy one to be honest.
My guess is the Barrage de la Grande Dixence?
