Is it possible to browse unfederated instances from within kbin.social?
Basically title. Can I still browse other instances from within kbin.social, even though the admin (of kbin.social) has decided not to federate certain instances?

Not from the kbin.social website, but you can browse other instances if you use a Lemmy/Kbin app.
