I'm surprised how quickly I've gotten used to it! I honestly really like the mobile app and it's gestures, as well as the customizability.
Although I don't think I'll be completely quitting reddit just yet, as some of my more niche interests don't have communities here yet.
Have you considered creating new communities for your niche interests? You might just find like-minded people here. :)
I would but I simply don't have the time or motivation to moderate and manage a community
Well here's the thing, if no one shows up then there's nothing to moderate, and if people show up you can make one or several of moderators. ;) But you'll never find out unless you create a community.
That's fair, most of people still use Reddit for niche interests
