I truly believe that his role is to be absolutely batshit crazy so Putin looks more "normal" in comparison. If he says next, that Russia will deploy polar bears with lasers and nuclear arms I won't be surprised at all ...
He only recently bought a megayacht moored somewhere in Europe. Putin's daughter is also there somewhere. They aren't going to nuke anything anytime soon. They don't want to lose their playpens.
