FYI for non saudis: you can be charged with terrorism for "apostasy", or "witchcraft", or "endangering the status quo" (criticizing or revolting against the royal family in any way). So high chance that many of the 45 executed for terrorism aren't even terrorists.
We have no centralized prison where all the torture happens there. Instead, all of our prisons are torturous.
We even have a place in Riyadh called Al-deerah square, or lovingly referred to by the locals as Chop Chop square, where we behead people publicly. And as i said in another comment, "terrorism" charges can be as mild as leaving the religion.
