Well it's how you phrased it. There have been so many movies with male protagonists so it's not really bad thing that we are getting more female led movies.
But in my personal opinion, movies are just a hobby/fun relaxing things. So there's no reason to hold grudges over it. If you don't like something just watch something else. We are living in the age of abundance.

I think I was misunderstood, so it's funny to watch the reactions. :) Yes I know there are female spies. They are highly effective, more so than male spies since they have the ability to attract men. It is very common to use female spies for any sort of information gathering from men. It's so easy.
