Day 22 of exercise program and day 6 of tummy exercises completed. I'm back baby 😎. The foot is much better today and I'm raring to go on whatever work holds for me today. Probably potatoes, lasagna and maybe pizza dough. It's gloriously sunny but bloody cold outside, which for some reason is weather I really like. So let's get amongst it! 👉👉 Have a great day everyone!
I'm on a rest day today (one benefit of doing heavy weights, lots of rest!) but have taken advantage of the lovely sunshine to take an extra walk. I've managed to maintain my weight now that I'm not specifically dieting, and am slowly converting some of the excess fat into muscle, so should hopefully continue to see some differences in size.
My feet have weird new sore places from all the walking in my new from the hips gait. It's affirming my gender transition while at the same time meaning I need to wear different shoes today to see if they combat the soreness a little. Wish me luck, I did 9ks yesterday but need unsore feet for work later in the week.
