Yup, it needs a standalone desktop application which you can just configure to connect to your local nodes or remote nodes. Instead of the way it is currently structured with docker, it's a mess.
Not very usable by even technically inclined people.
It already is a web app, you access it via browser once you set it up. This is OK but right now there are just too many dependencies and cumbersome set-up.
We just need a single executable that you can launch and then use browser to connect to it, configure, and use it. If this was the case you would see people already using it.
