Is having an Android really a deal-breaker for some people?
I asked if people chose iPhone for the blue bubbles elsewhere a couple days ago, and while there was some good discourse on that post, the blue bubbles definitely also came up as a reason.
In my experience, when people find out my texts are green, they oftentimes would rather switch to a different platform altogether like Instagram or just not text at all.
Is this actually a deal-breaker in friendships out there?
It seems like a lot of iot tech is geared more towards iPhone in the US. For example my wife's Odyssey will read the entire header of a text message with text to speech, and if you look into it Honda says it's a known issue. No such issue with iPhones.
I've used a few vehicles from different companies and haven't seen any big issues one way or the other when it comes to Apple or Samsung car play personally, but I also don't use text to speech, so now I'm curious to test that aspect.
