Is a better ipad expirience in the works?
My only apple device us an ipad, since i prefer this app over safari, will there be an ipad compatibility (not just a big iphone app) or will this just like Apollo used to be?

You may have already saw the issue on github, but it does seem like they are doing something.
In the mean time, I would recommend just adding the website to your home screen in safari. It is not ideal but it is better than nothing.
