Lmao watching an older film and I forgot you used to be able to just hire porn from the video shop. I was to young to hire it but I was always curious about those who did, like were they embarrassed taking it to the counter.
didn't there used to be a back room for the porn ?
My local had it on the bottom shelf of the horror section. As a kid I loved looking at the scary case art in the horror section, and one day I got a proper fright when I pulled out a porno.
I used to work at a small local video hire place. Was always so awkward serving someone who would bring 5 or 6 R rated tapes up for hire. Especially when there was two of us serving at the desk next to each other - looks were exchanged.
5 or 6, damn! Must have had the week planned out.
