I regret staying in my first job too long thinking I’d advance internally.
18 0 ReplyThis is by far my biggest regret. Stayed for 6 years with below average pay, believing in the fake promises.
7 0 ReplyYeah, long gone are the days of company loyalty for the sake of advancement and security. The fastest way up is out, not through the glass ceiling.
