[Chris Wheeler] - Disgraced owner of League One football club Fleetwood Town is jailed for 13 YEARS for his role in an energy contract scam worth £15m

Is that a normal sentence for white-collar crime in Britain? It's a terrible thing do to obviously, but 13 years is a long time. Compared to Denmark at least.
