Just got the update, not seeing the cinematic wallpaper button or the emoji one in the wallpaper and style menu.
Any suggestions how to turn it on?

Is it by regions I'm located in Europe and some features sometimes come late
Could be, its very weird because all the features have already been mentioned in Pixel tips app. For sometime i thought i was going insane and couldn't follow the simple instructions mentioned in the tips app x(
I installed the emoji wallpaper, restart my phone, and it is now working.
