[OT] The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine has the following statement: MP Motorsport driver Dilano van 't Hoff has sadly passed away.

Outrageous they would restart any race, let alone a junior race in those conditions, especially at a track with history like Spa. Somebody has to be held accountable.
