i'm not going to lie i'm super lost

hi!! i'm new and am on the mlem app (it's in beta) and i wondered if anyone experienced with this app could give me some tips?

is there a profile picture option? a search function?

those are my main two questions but i'd love if anyone could just give me a helping hand 😭 thank u all, love u 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 happy pride also -3- (me kissing you bc i'm gay)

mlem is pretty barebones right now, development is moving pretty quick but theres still a bunch of core features lacking. theres no way to set your pfp in-app as of right now, youll have to go to your settings on the web client. To search, tap the "Subscribed"/"All" text at the top, and then tap "Community...". Right now its only a community search, though.
