I recently discovered a secret browser located inside the "Manage my account" popup that Android has in various apps (quite important apps, such as Settings, and all Google suite apps).

It's a WebView, lol. Good job, Sherlock!
It does bypass parental controls though, so this could be abused if websites are blocked in FamilyLink
It's using a Google tunnel. It's available in Chrome, somewhere in the settings.
