What to do with my avocados

Getting a ridiculous amount of avo's on the tree this year. In a rental so i'm not knowledgable about this. What's a good way to make the most of the season? Theyre staying green on the tree, and taking 1-2 weeks to ripen once picked atm. How long will they stay like this? I presume they start dropping off eventually, is that likely to happen all at once? Do they freeze well?

  • The tip with the refrigerator and leaving the ones that I'll eat soon outside works also perfectly fine for me.
I do freeze avocados if I really have too much to eat, but only use them for making a pasta sauce or guacamole. I chop them a bit up before freezing. You can't compare them with fresh ones but it definitely is better than letting them go bad.
