Plex Machine (runs Plex and Only Plex)

Unraid Machine (migrating to this new hardware this weekend), Runs *arr's and Storage and other docker things I don't know what I'm doing with.

- 2x MD1000 15 bay Encolsures through LSI 9206-16E
- 1x 6TB (Parity)
- 11x 4TB
- 3x 3TB
- 14x 2TB
- 1x 2TB (cache)
- 1x 12TB drive I need to fit in there somehow
