A morning theft in Victoria caught on video shows a thief grinding away at locks before making off with a local non-profit's cargo bike.

Man, that's gotta be heartbreaking for them. I hope they can recover it.
As a fellow cyclist, it makes me wonder why they would've locked it up outside. We all know what the bike theft is like around here. I won't even ride my bike if there's not some sort of secure lock up at the destination (locked parking, friend's garage, bike valet, etc...). Maybe they thought no one would be brazen enough to steal something so unique/easily identifiable?

Also good news! A member of the community found most of the bike's parts at topaz park this afternoon.
