I have more camping supplies than I know what to do with. I'm on tactician, but I'm trying to play like I would in tabletop and stretch out long rests if I can. It forces me to actually manage resources I'm spending in a fight (and after). In tabletop the DM would roll for an encounter or something if you just decided to camp in a hag's lair, for example. I wish they'd do something with it in BG3, but it'd be tough to do contextually.
