How can 45-49% of Americans possibly approve of what he's done? That's at least 25% of literate Americans approve of his actions...

Over Half (~54%) of Americans have below a 6th grade literacy level. They can technically read the words, but they are functionally illiterate. They're not grasping the full meaning/context.
That's who's spring this shit. They're told something by one source and won't bother to verify it's truth.
I think I read that about 20% of USian adults are borderline illiterate. They probably cancel each other out.
