If it was a private secure carpark, I wonder if you could set up a tent there? Take showers at a nearby gym and use a pocket WiFi to stay online. But I guess cooking and electricity would be an issue though.
I mean this photo looks like someone's already using it as their bathroom 😂
JK but I'm I guessing you wouldn't have a signal for wifi and possibly you'd get sick from CO2 or something? On the the other hand it's a place I could actually afford sooooo...
