A nice mix of a carbon fiber cane, baton, flogger, hands and a paddle with pointed grooves (that one specifically hurt like hell!)

Not pictured: my entire upper body being covered in scratches and bite marks.

This stuff is sooooo relaxing, I love it ❤️
