Someone randomly applied to join my individual instance. Do I allow them to join?

I selfhost and cannot guarantee no down time. I have no idea why they applied. Kind of funny.

I closed registration on my instance for this exact reason. Worst case scenario it's some spammer collecting logins.
- Good idea. I have the standard admin approval on think. I will change it.
- Yep. If you don't want anyone else, just close the registrations.
