Figured that would be the case. Almost most likely lawsuits aren’t going to go anywhere because of their ToS. This really doesn’t end up being different than when Microsoft botches a patch. The companies that use them willingly signed up and agreed to the potential impacts.

I’m not saying that’s right or wrong, but that this was an expected outcome.
- The boiler plate response is probably something along the lines of "If it was mission critical you should have and test your business continuity plans; any loss of revenue falls on you."
