Look, feel free to ignore this, but have you had your glasses prescription (if any) updated recently? I've had headaches that were made worse by tension/stress but magically vanished when I got new glasses.
adding to the possibles - do you have allergies? Because 'tis the season and sinuses. And if you take a lot of sudafed, it dries them out and will absolutely smash your head in when they get angry
The new glasses I got have actually helped a lot. It's just an old shoulder injury that flares up and causes the headache.
Have you spoken to a doctor if this keeps happening to you?
It's from a shoulder injury. It requires a certain amount of gym activity which I haven't been doing since I started the new job.
I'll get back into it this weekend. No other choice.
