Looking for an active mod that can post some tunes somewhat regularly. There's nothing else to do mod wise. This is a great community so there's no need to do anything but post music.
DnB and Jungle have been an important part of my life since the early-mid 90s (so more jungle than DnB). I'd hate to see yet another community die, no matter how small it is.
I'll be around until the weekend to see about mods, then I'm done with Lemmy. If anyone is interested, please let me know before then. If no one is interested, then the community will go to one of the other inactive mods.
Its been a pleasure being a mod here. Couldn't ask for a better community. Thanks everyone for enjoying and sharing tunes.
Edit: I've have a few interested people. I will be adding new mods soon.
Also I think my posts will get deleted if I delete my account. I'll be leaving my account active to keep the posts up.
I am still around and active everyday on Lemmy, even though I do love dnb I just don't keep up with new releases in the same way that I do with dubstep so dont really have things to post regularly.
I also don't go on my .world account very often at all as I wanted to move away from there as much as I can.
So if you don't find anyone else I won't be totally inactive. I'll try to find some stuff to post from this account more but I'll only log on to my .world account if something actually needs moderating :)
Not sure why you are leaving Lemmy but I hope all things are well :)
Man, thanks so much. Love the dbzero dubstep community. I dont know how you keep finding those bangers, but they're amazing. Keep up the good work! I'll probably end up adding more mods since a couple of people are interested so you can focus on dubstep.
I did kind of mention in a response to another comment on why I'm out, if you want to see. Its not a full explanation, but its as much as I want to share. I am doing alright though, thanks.
I'm glad you found some people to jump in and as said I'll still be around even if not at the foreground.
Shame to see you go but understand, like you I just keep posting as even if just one person discovers the genre or some artists that they go on to love then I think that is a success for me. I'll carry on flying the flag for dubstep :D
