If you change your gender that means god wants you too right? Otherwise the cunt wouldn't be all powerful.
Humans have free will, so no, god cannot tell you what to do. He can ask you to not do something, but in the end it's your choice. For which they can eternally punish you, but yaknow. First ammendment rules.
