One of my favorites from my first wood firing

I did my first wood firing workshop in April. This is one of my favorite wood-fired pieces. I really love how interesting the surface is.

it is so pretty! we had a wood fire kiln at my university and it got used all the time, yet i never really had an opportunity to put anything in it myself because things just kept getting in the way. maybe one day i can find a local wood firing to join in on, id love some pots with pretty earthy colors like that!
