Best crumpet toppings.

I’m trying to get back into crumpets and wanted some inspiration. What is your favourite crumpet topping? preferably vegetarian.

Butter and a nice strawberry jam is usually my go-to. Melted cheese under the grill if I want something savoury. Peanut butter is also nice.
- Butter and jam is my topic of choice as well, but I miss my mom’s homemade jam :(
