The Act is classist for sure, as practically anything is available for the right fee. How exactly is it ableist? I'm at work and don't have time to watch your video.
They make a strong case that smaller and less physically capable people, or those with disabilities like nerve damage and other ailments that make it difficult to hold a longer rifle for long periods, or nearly impossible to safely shoot a pistol, are able to perform significantly better with an SBR or stocked pistol.
