These are very interesting and fun but the woman needs to have a good deal of core strenght and stamina.
Personally, it's a leveller. Most pegging is a bit wrapped around d/s mystique and the conventional strap-ons aid in that but this kind of toy removes that. The lady really needs to be connect to her partner or people can get hurt.
