Why is it called motorboating?
I'm not a native English speaker, but I do get most of the slangs. Still, this one got me puzzled 🤔... I really can't see any relation to motors or boats in this.

Ok so what is that mean? I am not familiar with the slang at all? Also I suppose I need to point out I am not native too.
The act of placing one's head between a woman's breasts and making the sound of a motorboat with one's lips whilst moving the head from side to side.
