This is admirable news. I wonder if the US will eventually move more in this direction. I'm not especially hopeful, but trying not to be a total doomer
I really hope so, but as in China, it will require massive state funding and direction that I'm just not sure the US is willing to commit to. The US makes so much money from fossil fuel it would require taking a hatchet to a part of the economy that pays lobbyists and politicians handsomely.
