I've had this photo saved on my phone for a while since I burst out laughing every time I see it. I think it's probably a translation error, yet I also can't figure out what "left-handed" could be replaced with where it would make sense.

There are people that can write mirrored script fluidly, and apparently this phenomenon is more common in left-handed people. Leonardo Da Vinci was a famous example. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2117809/
