Audiobooks about ADHD recommendations?

I want to learn more about my ADHD but reading a book is… well you know. So I’m looking for a good audiobook about ADHD to listen while I’m driving.

I’m an adult (at least that’s what I’m told) who was recently diagnosed. Until then we just called it dyslexia…
