This doesn't make sense to me. ICP in their music is actually very anti bigotry and racism. There are a few references to killing people for that reason alone.
Edit: I guess it's along the lines of cops loving the punisher and idolizing him.
If the Joker hypothetically appeared in San Francisco people would assume him to be a Juggalo, no? 😅
