I can't tell if I want this item or not... I mean the chances of landing on 101-270% are far greater than 1-100%, but I could imagine the frustration of being spanked by a world boss hitting out the 1% damage rolls
It's an average of a 35% damage buff. It would probably kinda suck in practice.
The stats are also terrible. Fun flavor, but gloves with no crit and no core skill rank are kind of laughable for 95% of builds.
It would make for a fun little extra build but I wouldn't use it for real
I got one of these yesterday with the minimum roll...so it's 1-200% and thus utterly worthless.
