chicken salt update: Woolies moorabbin on the way to trivia only had masterfoods chicken salt blend.
This is not chicken salt. It does however, resemble a very nice creole seasoning I have from USA foods, heavy on the salt and onion notes. Quite nice as a seasoning, I do recommend to try, but do not be under any misapprehensions that this is chicken salt.
I quite like this one as an all purpose salt. I just make my own chicken salt now.

I got my recipe from watching the dude who created it make it live on tv. He made it in huge quantities so I had to work out a ratio. It's not perfect but friends and family seem to like it.
1 tbsp of table salt
2 tsp of paprika
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of celery
1 tsp of chicken stock powderNote: I don't use rice flour or msg because I don't have any. Also, sometimes I add a bit more of an ingredient if I feel like it.
