Edit: My bad, I didn't realise you are using kbin
5 0 Reply@sgtlsgtlighttree (not sure if that works) appears to be using kbin which I don't think has that star icon and also no way to save the post.
1 0 ReplyNo, no save on Kbin, but we do have a "Boost" button, which is functionally the same.

There is a save feature, that little star icon. I just tried it and it gets saved on your profile it looks like. It works for both posts and comments.
