Really cool what you are working on here - It's not labelled but I know this is GME.
If you include the additional DRS data point that we have from 4/21/23 (from the Stockholder List viewing) does that effect the estimation?
0 0 ReplyYeah, had to adjust the multiplier downwards as time moved forward:
- 6/1/2023 row: change multiplier to 76,600,000 / 17,928,960 = 4.272
- 4/21/2023 row: shareholder list was 76,265,982. change multiplier to 76,265,982 / 17,549,016 = 4.345
So using x4.272 right now, and have a x4.269 column for more conservative estimate.
Edit: And didn't go back and adjust stuff after the GME Omnibus account 78,012 shares was discovered. Will just go with x4.272 for now as I'm lazy. :)
Edit 2: I see I placed this post in the wrong community. :\ So double posted to drs your gme. Will figure out this lemmy thing eventually!
1 0 ReplyDo you have an estimated DRS share amount? I'm using the book transaction # from my AST statements to trying and estimate shares DRSed from May 5th onward. There were about 9 million shares DRSed by my count on the 5/5/23 docket #219. I can use the average shares DRSed times the increase in Book Trasactions to come up with an estimate.
2 0 Reply7/21/2023 Estimated DRS count: 76,969,713 (using DRSbot total x 4.272)
7/21/2023 Minus 1.2m Mainstar: 75,699,147
From 4/21/2023 to 6/1/2023 doesn't appear to be too much DRS action: see https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/144wxeb/drs_numbers_timeline/
4/21/2023 ledger to 6/1/2023 10-Q was: +334,018 DRS in ~5 weeks
From https://www.reddit.com/user/lovetoburst/comments/14gcorz/612023_average_drs_per_day/
The average DRS per day was:
- 3/22/2023 to 4/21/2023: 8,866
- 4/21/2023 to 6/1/2023: 8,147
