Market shop great success. I have veg for the week, salami, meat for the week, raspberry tea (love you Polish Shop), dumplings, tortellini and fresh library books.

In English it's incorrect to list these two like that. Tortellini falls into a subset of 'dumplings', so either don't include it in the list (as you already have by listing dumplings), or specify which other types of dumplings you got as well as the tortellini. 👌Ask your new co-workers tomorrow what they think of this.
