- Draw rectangle
- Path->Object to path
- F2 Node tool, select the 2 nodes with shift+click
- Enable show transformation handles on the toolbar
- Shift+drag the transformation handles

I use DoH, so they can't. Tor is overkill for a lot of things, and too slow for my taste.
If you can't recommend something else i will stick with catbox, you were the first one who had a problem with that.
Are you owning the DoH endpoint ? if not, they can :)
