Amiga Yoomp! is a fast-paced arcade game that brings the classic gameplay of its Commodore 64 and Atari counterparts to the 16-bit Amiga platform. Players control a bouncing ball as it navigates 3D-textured tubes filled with different types of tiles, each with unique properties. The goal is to collect points while avoiding traps and hazards that threaten to end the run. I never grew up with an Amiga. But as I joined the Internet, I became aware of this legendary machine that had incredible graphics and sound -- and did multimedia before it was cool. I already owned a Commodore 64, so the Amiga was always something I lusted for but never got to own.

Even though I've never owned an Amiga, I've emulated one on a Raspberry Pi and have grown to love the great library of games available on the platform. Some day, when I have space in my house, I might buy the genuine hardware.

This community is dedicated to everyone who loves the Amiga, even if you never grew up with one. Also, I'm looking for mods so if you want to help run a fun community devoted to the Amiga, this is an opportunity. 🙂
